Everything was done by email, with very little personal interaction. After the phone interview, I was told I would hear back either way within 48 hours. I still haven't heard anything 7 days later. Do what you say you're going to do!

Went through two interviews. The first one was about 30 minutes, and the second one was about 45 minutes long. They asked a lot of detailed scenario questions and 'get to know you' type questions. It felt more invasive than usual, really digging into my current job and any issues I had with it, almost like they wanted me to speak negatively about my current employer. They also gave a detailed explanation of the training involved and what they expect from the role.

Had a phone chat about my customer service experience. Then, a manager interview with some tricky "tell me a time when" questions. It was a really unique interview process! Got an offer over the phone about an hour later!
