Behavioral Technical

The interview process was really short, just 2 days total. Honestly, it was one of the easiest I've ever gone through. This is different from some of my past jobs where I was just offered the role without much of a process. It's pretty easy by Australian standards, where they usually have about 4 weeks of interviews before an offer. I think I don't have any regrets, and I'm growing in the company. The challenges are varied. They are upfront about their feedback, so you know right away what to work on.

Behavioral Technical Coding

So there are 3 rounds of interviews plus a technical test. The first round is a really in-depth look at the company's product and some general questions about what you've done before. Then, the second round is all about technical questions that are based on the test you take. The last round is just a casual chat with the designer and the product manager. Overall, it was a pretty smooth experience.

The interview didn't feel right. The technical questions were good and somewhat relevant to the job, but the interviewers made it feel like an interrogation, like I was back in high school. It wasn't a real conversation. I didn't get to ask questions because I wasn't interested anymore.
