I interviewed with NCS for a role in Singapore and was selected. Initially, my expected salary was accepted, but then they negotiated a different budget, which I also agreed to. After a few days, they stopped responding to my client's emails regarding further steps. It appears NCS has poor management.

I applied through Consultancy and had my interview at the Pune location. It was a 3-round process plus an HR discussion, all done in one day. First, there was a written test covering basic Java concepts, SQL, and multithreading. Then, a technical interview focused on both basic and advanced Java. After that, I had a personality review with an onshore person, followed by the final HR discussion.

After submitting my resume on campus, I was invited for an onsite interview. It included a 1-hour written test with MCQs on Java and J2EE, followed by a 30-minute interview. The HR interviewer was really nice and asked me to design a small test case. The rest of the interview consisted of behavioral questions and some small talk. Most of my friends ended up getting the offer.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The written test had a wide variety of questions, making it very challenging for a fresh graduate to answer them all correctly.
