It went okay... They asked a fair bit of technical questions and then went into asking what was done and if it was implemented by you, etc. Then they asked me to describe a challenging project I managed from start to finish, what the key milestones were and how I ensured its successful implementation.

This was a total waste of time, honestly. The interviewers kept their cameras off while mine was on. One of them, who used to be my current boss's boss, made rude remarks about my current boss's teaching because I couldn't answer some questions. They hit me with questions about a specific tech stack they use that wasn't mentioned in the job description and that I have no experience with. They wouldn't budge, so I had to quickly search for answers online. They even called one of my previous jobs 'illegitimate'. They also looked down on me for working while I was in school, as if I'm not privileged enough for this job. And they belittled me for not having a degree. When I inquired about career advancement, they just laughed and said I wouldn't be considered for a promotion for at least two years. They seemed really eager to wrap up the interview and acted annoyed when I asked questions.
