Analyst
the interview was pretty tough and maybe not the best fit for me, felt like a waste of time bc they didn't pick the right profiles, they should be more careful about who they interview
- How does your background relate to the role, but in a different way?
- Can you provide an example of looking at profile-related information from a unique angle?
Programme Analyst
started with 60 MCQ questions, 20 on a specific programming language, 20 on SQL, and 20 logic-based questions. After that, there was a face-to-face interview with senior staff, mainly focusing on past projects, individual goals, and profiling.
- What are your 5-year goals?
Programme Analyst
Had a quick phone call first. Then a written test where I had to choose between .Net or Java. Finally, a face to face technical interview where they asked about my previous projects and assignments. They wanted to know about the different projects, the role I played in each, and my experience as a team player.
- Could you tell me about your experience with SQL?
- Can you discuss your past projects and assignments?
- What was your specific contribution to each of those projects?
