Project Manager
You'll start with a recruiter chat, then meet the hiring manager. After that, there's a panel interview where you'll get a role-play case on the spot. If things go well, you might have one or two more chats with leadership.
- Present a project case study, detailing your approach to tackling the project.
Principal Project Manager
I got approached by the recruiter on LinkedIn and we scheduled a phone call. After that first call with the recruiter, I had a follow up call with the team leader about a week later. Finally, I had an interview day where I had 4 interviews with the team leader and some other teams.
- What makes you want to join Ncino
Project Manager
The interview process felt informal. I met with different teams and got the impression that the company is growing very fast and is a bit behind on having a large corporate infrastructure. After doing some research on different investment firms and managers, I learned that nCino might be bought out by a larger private equity company or bank before going public, so I decided to decline the offer.
