Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at nCino.
Product Manager Intern
The process was smooth. Started with an HR call where the recruiter talked about nCino and their verticals. Then had a 30-minute round with a senior product manager focusing on behavioral fit and product-related questions.
- What's your approach to prioritizing tasks?
Associate Product Manager
Lots of rounds as is typical, but they're worth it. You'll get to meet someone from each department. It started with a recruiter screener, then a behavioral interview. After that, there were several hours of one-on-one meetings and a panel interview where you'll tackle product scenarios based on a case study that develops.
- What is your pricing strategy for this?
- How would you approach targeting this audience?
- Could you design this?
Product Manager
I went through several interviews and assessments. The final interviewer was really disengaged, working on another project with a dual monitor and even told me he was busy. Then I got a generic rejection email without any feedback.
- Can you give an example of how you've applied agile methodologies?
