Got contacted after applying with CV for an initial phone screen call. Then, I was invited for an online competency-based interview. After that, I had an onsite interview that included a technical assessment and a presentation. They sent me some briefing documents to get ready for the onsite assessments. Everyone was really nice and professional.

First, I had a talent acquisition interview where they asked general questions about my background and current situation. Then, I was given a presentation assignment for the second round. The second round involved presenting to various consultant and technical teams. They followed up with questions about the presentation, including the methodology, framework, and findings. The interview went pretty smoothly, and the interviewers were friendly.

Behavioral Case

I had 2 interviews, the first one was with the recruiter and the second one was with the NCC Group Project Management team. The initial recruiter interview was fast but she confirmed that my skills matched what NCC was looking for. The interview with the NCC team was more in-depth, they really dug into my project management experience. They were very professional and paid close attention to my answers. You definitely need to be ready for their questions. The interview lasted for about an hour and a half.
