It was an easy interview process. They were mainly interested in my passion for Architecture. The whole process was very straightforward and accommodating. The HR team was very responsive. The pay was highly negotiated, and they ended up giving an extra 5k after a 2-hour discussion.

We had an online interview where we chatted about my portfolio and the areas I'm keen on working in. I was asked to share instances of teamwork and how I work with others. We also discussed what I hoped to gain from the internship and how long I wanted it to be.

There were 2-3 senior designers in the interview, which lasted about an hour. We talked about my portfolio, and then delved into my favorite projects. We also discussed how I would fit into the dynamic corporate culture and my ability to be collaborative.

I applied for this role in late Jan/early Feb 2025 and had my virtual interview in March 2025. The process was pretty smooth, and I interviewed with several different studios. Everyone I met was really nice and friendly. The interview itself was about 45 minutes long and covered standard topics. I was asked to present some of my work and talk about my background. They also opened it up for my questions at the end. I got an offer pretty soon after.
