The interview process was horrible, condescending, and dismissive. I would not recommend it and feel they could use some training on how to talk to candidates. The recruiter told me I should learn more about the company, even though they reached out to me.

I applied for a couple positions and heard from a recruiter within days. She thought I might not be a fit for one but mentioned an executive assistant role opening soon. I applied for that and she kept me updated every few days, which was great. My first interview was a Skye call with an SVP I'd be supporting. Then I went to NYC for an in-person with another SVP, who I really liked. A few days later, I was invited back for a final interview with a third SVP. Going back to NYC would have taken more time off work and I was busy. Plus, I wasn't sure I wanted to be an EA anymore. I had to cancel the final interview. It was tough because I liked the SVPs I met, especially the second one.
