Behavioral Case Technical

I applied online and got a call from a senior person for a phone screen. It had some easy behavioral questions and a super simple case. Then, I was invited for five 30-minute interviews with important employees. These were a mix of easy case questions and chats about market research. About two weeks later, I had two more 30-minute chats. Finally, I got rejected because I didn't have enough quantitative academic experience, even though I told them early on that most of my experience was qualitative. None of the interviews were really bad or hard, I'm just annoyed they took up so much of my time before rejecting me for something they already knew.

Behavioral Technical Coding Case

My interview experience was a nightmare. It kicked off with a recruiter asking for my transcripts and a writing sample. Then, I had a pleasant phone interview asking about coursework and internships. A week later, I went to their office for five 30-minute interviews with senior employees. Some were casual, asking about my coursework, while others threw riddles at me, wanting to gauge my intelligence. They gave me a probability question about coins and a dollar, which felt irrelevant and humiliating, especially when one interviewer smirked. I had to go through three more interviews after that, but thankfully, those interviewers were nice. Two weeks later, they told me they were moving on with other candidates, which was fine because I was completely turned off by the company. The receptionist was great though.

The process was pretty standard and very professional overall. After submitting my application and writing sample, I was asked to do a 20 minute phone screening. I was contacted about two weeks after the phone interview and told that they would not be proceeding with a personal interview.
