I chatted with a recruiter at a career fair, which was a really good conversation, informative and interesting. They actually called me back the same day to set up a phone interview for the following week. That call felt more like a formal Q&A session, totally different from the career fair vibe. A couple of weeks after that, I got an email asking for my updated info and offering two interview slots with two different managers. Those interviews were pretty chill and conversational. Everyone seemed really nice. I got tentative offers from both teams the week after.

It was a full day event on a weekday. We got a brief tour of the base and heard from a few different teams. Then, I had interviews with three teams that seemed like a good fit based on my resume, with each interview lasting about an hour. After that, they had us rank the teams we interviewed with. Within a day or so, I heard back about which teams were interested, and then I got to choose where to go. Initially, only one team made an offer, but when I turned it down, the other two teams suddenly also extended offers.

I talked to recruiters at a career fair first. They liked me and set up another interview for the next day on campus. This was more formal and had 4 standard behavioral questions. After that, I got an onsite interview with three different branches. The questions were technical and behavioral. Nothing too hard, but you need to be able to back up your resume.
