Behavioral Presentation

I had a 30-minute interview with the manager when she came to campus. She mostly asked me typical behavioral questions and asked why I was interested in this line of work. For the second round of interviews, candidates were flown to Chicago, and I think it was mostly behavioral too. In between the first and second round, they asked candidates to describe their ideal project and what industry they would like to work in and why; this helped them get a better idea of potential candidates and how they would fit in.

Behavioral Case

The whole thing took about two months. First, there was a behavioral interview on my college campus. About a month after that, the second round happened, and it was about my statement of interest. A week later, they let me know I was moving on to the third and final round at their HQ in Chicago. This was a super day with two behavioral interviews and a case study/conversation.
