Had a quick chat with the recruiter first, then a 30-minute call with the hiring manager. It was pretty chill, mostly talking about situations and behaviors.

Behavioral

I applied through the on-campus recruitment process and got an email about two days after the application period closed inviting me for an interview. I interviewed with a managing consultant from the Toronto office for about 30 minutes. They asked me questions about my background, past roles, and my skills and interests, mainly focusing on me and my experience. I found out three weeks later that I didn't advance to the next step.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I first had an in-person interview on university campus. This was behavior. This was followed by office visit that consisted of 2 behavior 30-min interviews, 1 "technical" 30 min interview, and a 10-15 min presentation I had to give. The technical interview was focused around my general thought process when tackling a new problem.
