The interview was short and informative. It was a smooth process and was well received. I look forward to the next steps. The interview focused less on questions and more on describing the job and the overall process. Information about incentives and pay was also provided.

The whole thing took about three weeks and was a total mess. Nobody from HR ever called me about the hours and pay like they were supposed to. Then, when I got there, the security guard acted like he had no clue I was even coming. It was super disorganized from the start. My first interview went okay though, we toured the facility and I got to see the place, which is nice. The manager asked me questions based on a test I took when I applied, so definitely be ready for that. I guess I did well enough to move on to a second interview with a different manager. This second guy was clueless and really nitpicky, making me feel like I couldn't answer anything right. I really didn't like him. I guess I must not have answered his questions correctly because he didn't give me any feedback, and I still haven't heard back. Honestly, I don't even care anymore. After that interview, I decided I didn't want to work there anyway and am looking elsewhere. If you get an interview, just be prepared, that's all I can say.

You have to apply online first. Then, once they call you about setting up an interview, you have to go back online and finish up the application. When you get to Navient, you gotta park, check in at the front desk, show your Photo ID and get a visitor badge. There's an assessment before the interview. First, a 10 key test with the number pad, then a regular typing test for accuracy. You'll enter a name, address, and phone number based on examples. After they get those results, they'll have you wait for the hiring supervisor. The interview will cover info about the job, and they'll ask if you've ever missed work when you weren't supposed to. They'll also ask about your thoughts on feedback, communication, and teamwork.
