Behavioral Technical Other

I first spoke with a college recruiter at a job fair and was given an interview the next day. They seemed really keen on computer science majors. The interview was quite simple and direct, mostly behavioral with some questions about my academics and past projects. About two weeks later, I got an email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview focused on NavAir and their work at China Lake. No tough technical questions were asked; it was mainly based on my resume. Near the end, I was invited for a site visit. It started with an HR brief covering the ESDP role and job benefits. Then, we mostly toured the facilities and drove around China Lake to see the area. Three weeks after the site visit, I received an offer.

Behavioral Technical

I had my first interview on campus which was behavioral. The recruiter talked about the company for about 10 mins, then we talked about my projects and some scenarios for the next 20-30 mins. About a week later, I got a call to schedule a phone interview with two software engineers where we talked about similar questions from the first interview. I was then invited for a site interview but I declined.

Behavioral Technical

Just a heads-up, going on a multi-day tour of their office doesn't necessarily mean you're a shoo-in for the job. There wasn't a technical interview, and all the questions were either about my resume or really basic.
