The process was smooth. They asked me about challenges I faced in my previous roles, how I contributed to the company's improvement within a six-month timeframe, and what I considered my most significant impact on my team. They also inquired about the size of the teams I worked with, my ability to work independently without constant supervision, and whether I prioritized working according to the clock or as a collaborative team player.

It was a to-the-point, basic 1:1 interview. The interviewer was nice and followed a sheet of questions. The questions were straight-forward, and at the end, they asked if I had any questions. I was always taught that in an interview, even if you don't have questions, to ask at least one. I didn't have any, but I asked what her favorite/least favorite part of the job was. Later, many months after my interview, I learned that my interviewer always looked to see if interviewees asked questions. They also required 3 phone numbers of references.

I had 2 interviews with the Chile CEO and one with an external psychologist. The CEO called me to his office at 10am, he arrived at noon, then we spoke at his office for like an hour, then the actual brand manager joined the interview and checked my english level, then I had another interview with the CEO at a coffee place in a mall, then he sent me to a psychologist to get tested and then he informed me that I has been selected for the possition.

It took 3 months to get an interview. I was contacted by HR but had to do due diligence to get the interview since we kept missing one another. After going in and meeting with a senior manager, she told me that she would have HR contact me for another interview with another person from the team. I touched base with HR which stalled though I was given prior assurance by the senior manager. I received my rejection via an impersonal automated email although I had been in contact with HR numerous times.
