First interview is a quick chat with an employee, then a meeting with the department director, followed by a final round with the founder. All the questions are pretty straightforward – situation-based and scenario-based technical questions. You can totally do this, good luck!

After submitting an online application, I completed online tests, had a telephone interview, and then attended an assessment centre. The whole process took a bit less than 1.5 months. The assessment centre involved a group project, a presentation, an interview, and a case study. In the group exercise, we were split into groups of 8 and 7 to discuss mobile app features, using case study materials and pop-up videos for info. This lasted around 45 minutes. Afterwards, I individually presented the group's outcomes for 10 minutes, followed by a 10-minute Q&A with an assessor. Then, I had a one-on-one interview with competency questions and questions about why I chose RBS. The final part was a case study where I had to respond to three emails in 60 minutes based on given info. One email involved calculations and took more time than the others; I left it till last and didn't finish it properly. Overall, it was a good day, and the staff were friendly.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and initially failed the situational judgment test (SJT). However, about a month later, I received an email stating that my score had been reassessed, and I had passed. Some questions don't explicitly ask for an example, but it's beneficial to provide one after stating your perspective. It's important to thoroughly research the role. They will ask about your understanding of the position and how you align with it.
