Group Case Behavioral Technical

The Assessment Center day had three parts: a 40-minute group exercise, a case study with a presentation, and an interview. For the group exercise, we had to raise money by bidding from investors who could reject our bid. For the case study, I was given info about a company and had 20 minutes to prep a 5-minute presentation, followed by questions. The final part was a regular competency-based interview.
