The process had 4 stages that took place over 4 weeks. The feedback is very quick. First, I went through screening with Lesly, and then I had two more interviews, one with HR coordination and then with the area manager. The questions are very simple and specific, like about professional skills and experiences.

First, there was an initial international call to do a basic screening. Then, a more in-depth interview with HR to get to know the applicant's professional profile better; part of it was in English. The treatment was very good. Finally, an interview with people from the requested department, which is the final filter to see if your profile fits what they are looking for at the moment. Good treatment throughout the process.
