First, I had a phone interview, and then two more via Teams with an external HR company. The first Teams interview included a simple English test with generic questions about me. My application was then submitted to the company, and I proceeded to an initial interview with Naturgy's HR department. I haven't heard back or received further feedback from any of the HR people I spoke with. The interviews themselves were straightforward, with typical questions, but I do wish I had some follow-up after completing four interviews with them.

The process had 4 stages that took place over 4 weeks. The feedback is very quick. First, I went through screening with Lesly, and then I had two more interviews, one with HR coordination and then with the area manager. The questions are very simple and specific, like about professional skills and experiences.

I submitted my CV through a temporary employment agency, and they contacted me for the selection process. They explain the conditions, and then you have to do an online interview. After that, they call you to find out more about you. Once they see if you fit the profile, they send you to do a course, and when you finish it, they either hire you or put you in a talent pool.
