I went through a really long and pointless group interview. There were way too many candidates, maybe over a hundred, for just a few spots, which made the whole thing feel discouraging from the start. The worst part was the 'case' activity, which seemed like a really basic and uninformative way to assess us. Honestly, it felt like the company just went through the motions with this 'circus' because the positions were probably already filled by referrals. A big company shouldn't be wasting candidates' time like this.
