I went through 3 interviews: one with HR, another with the area leadership, and finally with someone else from HR. The first was in October and the last in early December. All were during business hours, meaning I had to block time on my current job's calendar. There was no follow-up. HR said I could ask any further questions. I messaged the person from the last interview on LinkedIn but got no response about the selection process. The HR person from the first interview, via WhatsApp, didn't seem very friendly when I was called and kept postponing a response date. I'm not messaging anymore about the process. I felt it was disrespectful to the candidate.

I had an interview with the HR team and then with the hiring manager for the position, and the process was very smooth. The problem was not getting a negative response after the two interviews. After waiting a month for a response that never came, I understood that I had not passed.
