Apprentice
It was an online process, with a written test and in-person tests after the first approval. In the in-person test, our communication and handling skills were tested, which was one of the most important factors for getting the job.
- Where do you see yourself in five years?
Marketing Apprentice
The hiring process was quite long, taking about three months to complete. On the day of the group activity, I arrived at the interview location at 8 AM and left at 3 PM. It was a very thorough and detailed process. During the group activity, they observe participants closely, especially to see if you are open to others' opinions or if you only focus on expressing your own viewpoint without considering others. Tip: Always try to consider others' opinions and show that they have value.
- Who do you live with?
- What are your strong points?
- Tell me about something that happened that you feel proud of?
Apprentice
The hiring process was a bit messy. There was a change in the third-party company handling it, which made things take longer and become more bureaucratic. Despite that, the selection process itself was generally straightforward. The overall duration was short, but due to the issues, it took about 6 months to get the contract signed.
- Could you state your name?
- What is your address?
- What is your educational background?
