English Teacher
I had a seamless experience with the interview process, receiving a prompt response from the employer within just a few days. I'd highly recommend for their efficient and organized approach.
- Tell me about your teaching experience and your teaching skills.
Teacher
I had an interview with a panel of administrators. They took turns asking me questions and I had a chance to answer. I could also ask them questions at the end. Since it was for a pool and late in the summer, I was offered a job on the spot.
- What is your educational pedagogy?
Teacher
It took over a month of emails and calls to even find out if I was being considered. The first interview was a very relaxed phone call, and I don't think it really showed my teaching abilities. Then I had an in-person interview with two people, whom I haven't seen since. The questions in that interview also didn't really dive deep into my teaching philosophy or skills. I had to wait another 3 weeks to get the job offer.
- How would you teach a student to write a persuasive essay?
