I was looking for a company that genuinely valued its employees. My third interviewer was Kiyofumi Toriyama from the Securitisation Department at Natixis, and it was clear he loved working there. He talked a lot about the great perks at Natixis, like the awesome private insurance, the gym membership for employee wellness, long-term disability insurance, and other benefits. I was really impressed with both him and Natixis overall. While salary is important, it's also great to find a company that really takes care of its people. I'm hoping to move forward in the hiring process soon.
