It was a pretty straightforward process with 2 rounds. First, I spoke with HR, and then with the Chief Economist. They didn't get too technical, which was nice. Since it was a junior to mid-level role, they were more focused on getting to know me, what I've done, and seeing if I'd be a good fit for the team, rather than digging deep into my experience.
