First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at NationsBenefits.
Software Engineer
First, there was a quick HR chat about my background and what I'm looking for in a job. Then, a technical interview where I had to solve problems, write code, and handle live situations. After that, an interview with a manager or client to go over my past projects, how I communicate, and how I tackle actual problems. Finally, another HR chat to sort out salary, my leaving date, and how I'll get started.
- Can you tell me about your project experience, including how you approached application design, API handling, database interactions, and overcoming real-world challenges?
