First, there was a quick HR chat about my background and what I'm looking for in a job. Then, a technical interview where I had to solve problems, write code, and handle live situations. After that, an interview with a manager or client to go over my past projects, how I communicate, and how I tackle actual problems. Finally, another HR chat to sort out salary, my leaving date, and how I'll get started.

It was a simple interview process during on-campus recruitment, with aptitude, a coding round, and technical and behavioral interviews. The aptitude was easy level, with basic coding. I was rejected at the HR stage, although I'm not sure why as I thought I performed well.

Since I was based in Chennai, the interview process began with a telephonic conversation with the delivery manager. Following that, I traveled to Hyderabad for the in-person interviews. Upon arrival at the office, I met with a small group including HR and the Delivery Manager, who outlined their expectations for the role. Subsequently, I had a meeting with the India Director, who posed technical and non-technical questions related to my background and presented me with a challenge to demonstrate my capabilities. The entire experience was both engaging and demanding.

The interview process was very detailed and professional. They focused on common sense and listening skills, which are good qualities for the role. It was a great interview, and I highly recommend it. The job seems worth it, and they genuinely care about your well-being! The interviewer was great, and my time wasn't wasted.
