Started with a phone screening, then a second interview that was supposed to be virtual but they were fine with phone. Had a third interview, which was also a phone interview. I liked that they didn't require in-person meetings, so no unconscious bias.

The interview process was pretty standard. It started with phone calls, then moved to Zoom interviews because of COVID, and finally, there was an in-person meeting. I spoke with three different people over the phone. Only one of them was from the actual site I applied to; the others were higher-level managers. These upper managers asked questions that made me feel like they lacked real industry experience and were more focused on general corporate matters.

There were 6 people in total I talked to: one recruiter, one person who would be my peer, and four senior managers or directors. Scheduling was manual but fast, and the calls were pretty informal but still gave me good info. This role probably needed that many different viewpoints, and each chat was helpful for understanding the process.
