The process included an initial chat with HR and then two interviews with hiring managers from the department. It began with an overview of the department's work. The interviews were pretty relaxed, and the interviewers asked thoughtful questions. An offer was extended in under a week, and the onboarding was also very smooth.

There are 2 rounds of interview for my role. It depends on the boss of the department. First round is with team members and the direct reporting boss. If shortlisted, the second round is with the big boss.

Behavioral

There were two interview rounds. The first was a face-to-face chat with the hiring manager, which was pleasant. The second round was with the department HR and was also lovely. The offer, however, came from NUS central HR over the phone, who were not involved in the interviews. The salary offer was quite low, likely because I don't have a local degree. I felt the central HR didn't consider my relevant experience when making the offer.
