There's a written exam that's the main part. If you pass and want the job, the interview is super easy. But the pay is really low compared to other doctors, especially if you have a postgraduate degree. You'll always be treated like a second-class citizen, worse than their engineers.

Showcasing the process of interview, But actually they hired the people from backdoor. I got selected in screening for the post of Web Developer, but on the date of Interview 29 March 2019, I was rejected because my qualifications are MCA, but they demanded Computer Engineers, I think they dont know that MCA is master degree in Computer Applications. It took 5 months to screen the application and at last they said, "Oh, this position is only for Btech Engineers and NOT for MCA." What a shame on that person who short list the candidates. Out of 9 candidates, 3 candidates got rejected on the basis of this stupid reason. Moreover, 1 of the candidate was came from Bihar and he spent around 10,000/- just to attend this interview. So, dont waste your time and money for applying such jobs, untill your have the access of BACKDOOR.

Candidates are shortlisted based on proficiency or a prior test. The interview involves a panel of 3-4 members, including both HR and technical personnel. Some interviewers might be external, especially for the technical interview. You'll be asked questions about yourself and why you want to join the company. There will also be questions about current hot topics, referencing major newspaper headlines, followed by a technical interview specific to your engineering field, such as questions about transformers and generators for electrical engineers.

Candidates who met the GATE 2015 cutoff of 80.94 marks were first invited to a Group Discussion (GD) and then an interview. The interview process was split into 5 batches, with around 700 candidates called in total, and about 180 were ultimately selected. The interview was purely technical, covering topics from my final year project and power plant engineering. It was conducted by a panel of five interviewers and lasted for about 12-14 minutes. During the interview, I was asked to illustrate some fundamental concepts using the Rankine cycle on paper.
