I had a 30-minute video interview. The person interviewing me was nice and seemed prepared, but I wasn't totally convinced by the work. It was still a bit unclear to me what the actual responsibilities would be. I applied on a whim via LinkedIn and wasn't upset when I didn't get an offer.

First, I got an email for a Skype interview with the Training and Development manager. It went for about an hour. Then, I was hired and invited to interview in person at the national office. This interview was from about 1PM to 6PM on a weekday afternoon. I stayed in one room the whole time, and different people came in and out to ask me questions. They asked about my academic and employment history, the good and bad parts of each, and also standard interview questions. Many questions were about my goals, values, integrity, building relationships, and teamwork. It also covered my experience with sales, metrics, deadlines, and time management. In between the Skype and in-person interviews, I had to do two online assessments. One tested my typing and other administrative/critical thinking skills. The other was about my personal communication style.

So the interview process had like two virtual meetings and then one in-person meeting. It started with HR, then the Assistant Directors, and finally the Directors and VP. Took about a month total from applying to the final interview. The HR person gave me some good tips on how to prep for each part, which was super helpful to get the most out of our talks. After the first chat, I had to do a logic/personality test online. The whole thing felt really smooth and professional.
