Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at National Reconnaissance Office.
Intern
I went through an AI interview where I had to answer a bunch of questions and record myself on video. The questions were pretty basic and not that hard to answer, but some of them didn't really seem to relate to the job I was applying for.
- Tell me about how you function in a team setting.
Intern
The interview was done virtually which was nice cause I could do it whenever. The questions weren't too hard and I got a couple chances to answer them, which was good for studying and not being stressed.
- What makes you want to intern at the NRO?
Technical Intern
It was a recorded interview where I was given several attempts to answer behavioral questions. Not bad at all. Fairly simple. I did not have to code at all or do anything past the initial interview. It was good- highly recommend for other students.
- What does diversity mean to you?
