Development Manager
I had two interviews with the New England chapter. The first interview went well. The second interview was with the senior director, and unfortunately I didn’t feel that this went very well and I had some feedback. Also, we spent the entire first half of the interview talking about my experience and then towards the end she asked if I had experience with peer-to-peer fundraising, which should have been evidenced by my answers to her former questions or by giving my resume a very quick glance. Also, they really took a long time to give me an answer and it kept getting delayed without an apology. I wasn’t their first choice and that is okay. I wish they had asked me for feedback because this is what I would have told them.
