Started with a recruiter chat. Then met with two current managers in Case Management. The last interview was with the director of Case Management. Some other candidates heard back on the day we were supposed to. I found out through the grapevine. However, I wasn't contacted on the promised day. I'd interviewed for this role before, got feedback, used it, and was told to apply again. But still no offer. It's really discouraging and seems like it's nearly impossible to get promoted internally.

Applied for the job and got an email from a recruiter about a week later about a phone screen. The phone screen was pretty quick, not even lasting the full 30 minutes, but then I got an email asking for two video interviews with peers. These went really well, with questions like 'tell me about a time when' focusing on change, workplace difficulties, managing people, and leadership. There weren't any tricks and I had plenty of time to ask questions. Strangely, I got rejected by the recruiter afterwards. I'm not sure why exactly, and I wish I'd at least had the chance to meet my potential manager.
