The interview process was quick and they responded fast. First, there was an HR interview, followed by four Zoom interviews with the hiring managers. The questions focused mostly on job experiences and asking for examples of when.

It was pretty simple. First, I had a phone interview with a recruiter. Then, I had an in-person panel interview with the team I'd be working with. They asked a good mix of situational and traditional questions. The whole thing was about 45 minutes and felt well-paced.

I first met a recruiter at a career fair who suggested I apply for an underwriter position. Later, a different recruiter contacted me about interviewing for a claims adjuster role. On the interview day, I went to the HR department and met two other candidates for different positions. I was scheduled for four 30-minute 1-on-1 interviews with three supervisors and an AVP. Due to scheduling conflicts, one supervisor and the AVP couldn't make it, so they brought in another supervisor, allowing me to interview with three people. The interviews were pretty standard, with each person asking similar questions but trying to do it differently. I was informed at the end of my last interview that I would have a second round interview with the AVP. However, I decided the job wasn't the right fit and stopped the process.
