Claims Attorney
I went through four rounds of interviews, which included an initial HR screening. The interviews focused on my background and behavioral questions. The people I met were nice and kept me updated throughout the process.

Product Analyst
The process was pretty fast, only taking about two weeks from start to finish, even though I had to talk to 6 people in total. The interviews felt more like casual chats than formal interviews, and the recruiter was always quick to follow up after each round. Everything was done over Teams. One downside is that they're not upfront about salary. Also, even if the job posting says remote is an option, they're strict about you living within 50 miles of the office, and you can't negotiate that, even if your whole team is remote. Another thing they don't mention is that after you're hired, you'll have to schedule over 20 meetings with different people across the company just to learn about what they do. It feels like a lot of wasted time because you'll probably never talk to most of them again. I was hired to do a specific job, and I'd rather focus on that than spend time in unnecessary meetings.

Claims Adjuster Trainee
Started with a phone interview to go over my resume. A few weeks later, I got a call to set up an interview. First up was HR. Then I had three one-on-one meetings with different claims supervisors. They asked the usual questions, nothing too tough. After that, I took some assessment tests. Two days later, I got a call to schedule a second interview. This time I met with HR briefly. Then I was supposed to meet someone else, but they never showed up. Other supervisors checked in and apologized for the wait. My interviewers never came. Eventually, some staff put together a last-minute meeting with a VP of claims. It was more of the same, just him looking over my resume again, like in the first and phone interviews. He said they'd need to reschedule when the right people were free. They never did and just sent a generic rejection email.
- Tell me about a time you assisted a frustrated customer.

Business Development
It started with a phone chat with HR. It was quick and they said someone would follow up. I tried contacting them after a week of hearing nothing, no response. About a month later, I got another call from a different HR person. They said the job needs changed and invited me to the office for an interview with 2 managers. We had a really good chat and I felt super confident. I emailed them afterwards to say thanks, and again, no reply. It's just annoying when they don't tell you if you're still in the running. Be more communicative please.
- Can you share an instance where you faced a challenging situation at work?
