Behavioral Presentation

Had a phone call to set up the interview, then met in person at the school. The meeting lasted about 50 minutes and included the principal, the dean of upper elementary, and the dean of intervention. We talked through a lot of questions for most of the time, and I also got to ask them some questions.

I applied online and heard back from HR to set up a phone interview. I was expecting to do an in-person interview with the principal after that. But funny enough, the principal and I had already been chatting, so my in-person interview actually happened before the phone screen. It was a really chill interview. The principal asked a lot of good questions about my past teaching work, my thoughts on using tech in class, and about small group strategies. HR called about an hour after my interview with a job offer! We talked salary and benefits right away.

I put in an application online. A recruiter called me for a quick chat to see if I was a good fit. Then the school I applied to got my info, and a dean from there called me to set up a virtual interview for later that week. The interview was a panel with 5 people - the principal, deans, and a teacher. They asked me some behavioral questions.
