It was a math and situational style test. The test included basic SAT-style math questions and logic-based questions, taking a total of 2 hours. It also included questions about my resume and experience.

I submitted my online application back in September. Then, towards the end of November, I got an email asking me to do a phone interview. The interview itself had 4 behavioral questions and it was in front of 5 NGA agents. I didn't hear anything for about a month and a half, and then I got an email saying I was rejected.

The process had us use their interview software to answer questions by speaking into a webcam. It was recorded and reviewed later by staff, so there was no actual person talking to us.
