I went to a hiring blitz in 2023. It was a panel interview with five employees and lasted about 10 minutes. The questions were behavioral and straightforward. It was a bit noisy and hard to focus because a lot of people were in the conference room.

I went through a panel interview where they asked a standard set of preselected questions. They mentioned that everyone gets the same questions. Some of the questions were multipart, and they generally covered common topics like managing your time, how you communicate, and working with others. They also asked about how to handle challenges or conflicts. Afterwards, I had the chance to ask them some questions about the role and the office.

Got invited to a virtual recruitment event, submitted my resume, and completed my first resume. Waiting for results, which should be about 2 weeks from now. I'll update this if they move forward. For this first interview, they asked 4 questions and took notes as I answered. No follow-ups, just explaining and giving brief answers. The questions were descriptive, making it easier to give in-depth answers.

This hiring process is really depressing, impersonal, and disorganized. My experience has been totally different each time I've interviewed. You might not hear back if you don't get the job. If you don't get notified through the portal or in person and you ask recruitment about it, they'll just send you a generic message telling you how to use the portal you already checked. Once, I had to contact the interviewer directly to find out the status, and they had to apologize for the recruitment team not reaching out. Sometimes, jobs get canceled suddenly way after the interview stage with no explanation. For a bit there, jobs were closing a day early.
