First, there was an HR call to go over basic info. Then, I had a 1-hour call with the hiring manager. Lastly, there was a 2-hour on-site interview where they asked technical questions and checked my experience. The technical questions were pretty average, most could be answered briefly.

I had a phone call with HR first, then a technical interview via Zoom with two developers. After that, HR called me back with an offer that was lower than my current salary, so I declined. HR then called me rude and no other offer was made.

I was contacted by a recruiter who found my resume online about an opportunity in the IT department at GMAC. After a brief general Q&A over the phone, I was told to expect a follow-up call. A day later, the recruiter informed me about an upcoming on-site interview. Two days after that, I met the entire team at their office, which is a nice, large space. The interview included some straightforward technical and behavioral questions, and we also toured the building.
