The interview process was pretty standard. They asked behavioral and motivational questions, as well as questions about my resume. The interviewer was nice and knew a lot about the company. Just make sure you know why the company exists and what the job you're applying for is all about.

The interview lasted about 30 minutes and consisted mostly of behavioral questions. The interviewer advised me to focus on providing details to back up my answers to the behavioral questions. This was the first round of the interview.

I had two interviews on the same day. The first one was with the hiring manager, and it was about generic interview questions and behaviorals. Then I had a second interview with the manager and a director from the team in their IT department. They asked me more enhanced behavioral questions, and then there was a technical interview where they asked math and basic coding problems.

I had a phone call with a quant and an associate. The associate asked some basic questions for about 5 minutes, and then the quant took over the rest of the interview. He asked some really random questions, almost like he was trying to stump me with things he himself finds difficult. As soon as I gave a short explanation, he'd move to the next question, likely because he only knew the basics of them. It would be better if they asked realistic questions about the actual job and needed skills. The questions asked felt irrelevant to a quant job, and many were hard to explain on the spot. I knew the concepts, but recalling the exact details in a 30-minute call was tough.
