Sales Representative
Had a quick phone call first to set up an appointment with a sales manager. Then I met with sales training manager Kevin Lawrence and knew it was a great fit. I was offered a spot in the next training class and accepted it, starting next month.
- What is your primary motivation?
Sales Representative
The process was super professional and organized. HR was really clear about what to expect for the job and the interviews. They were also very responsive to my questions and concerns, and proactively sent emails about required documents before the hiring process.
- How do you see your previous experience fitting with our company's philosophy?
Inside Sales Representative
The interview process involved an initial phone screening followed by an in-person meeting. A lot of questions were pre-written, asking for examples from my experience, like how I handle failure. The HR representative seemed tired due to the high volume of hiring and wasn't very engaged.
