The interview process took around a month and was generally quite easy and relaxed. I enjoyed chatting with everyone on the team. First was an HR Screening where they asked about my past experience and some standard screening questions. The recruiter was very nice and helpful. Then, I had a 30-minute video call with the Hiring Manager about my past experience. They were the best manager I've ever met. Following that, there was a Technical Interview focusing on SQL, Tableau, and Python, with an emphasis on SQL and Tableau. After that, I was given a take-home test in Excel with many questions, but it wasn't too hard. Finally, I had a 30-minute chat with the Director about culture fit.

I had a first phone call with HR where we went over my previous jobs and what I've done. After that, the HR person set up another phone interview with the HR manager. We covered the same topics and I was asked a few more behavioral questions. Then I got a call back for another phone interview, this time with the Tech Department Manager. They asked me more detailed questions about my Salesforce background and some really technical stuff. It was a really organized interview process and everyone was nice.

Had a phone interview and passed. Then met with the talent specialist, and passed that too. They asked really good and relevant questions, and I felt the pressure. The final interview was with the VP of sales, and I got the job! Again, great questions that gave me a clear understanding of the expectations and my daily responsibilities. I appreciate this hiring process because I want to be somewhere people are hired based on their skills and not just a high turnover system.
