Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interviews were fine, people were friendly and questions were normal. But the process was ridiculous and I felt extremely disrespected. I was in the interview process for 4 rounds of interviews over 3 months. After the final interview, I was told to expect a response by the end of the week or beginning of next week. I followed up the next week after not hearing anything, and that email was ignored. Then, during my subsequent job search, I saw that they reposted the position! After telling me they were looking for someone ASAP and strung me along through a 4 round interview process over 3 months. I cannot believe the lack of respect that this company has shown, and while it is probably a blessing in disguise to have been ghosted as I believe that reflects company culture, I have been very disappointed at their treatment of candidates and have never experienced treatment so demeaning. I will not be applying with this company again, and would not recommend it to anyone.

The hiring process was fast and efficient. I had several interviews. HR and the hiring manager seemed to be confused about my application. It wasn't passed on to the hiring manager, and he only responded after I called and left him a voicemail about my application.
