Applied online, and then someone reached out for what they said would be a brief 10-minute phone call. They ended up calling a few minutes late and did a 30-minute interview instead, without leaving any time for me to ask questions. At the end, they told me they were actually considering me for a lower position and then ghosted.

The interviews were fine, people were friendly and questions were normal. But the process was ridiculous and I felt extremely disrespected. I was in the interview process for 4 rounds of interviews over 3 months. After the final interview, I was told to expect a response by the end of the week or beginning of next week. I followed up the next week after not hearing anything, and that email was ignored. Then, during my subsequent job search, I saw that they reposted the position! After telling me they were looking for someone ASAP and strung me along through a 4 round interview process over 3 months. I cannot believe the lack of respect that this company has shown, and while it is probably a blessing in disguise to have been ghosted as I believe that reflects company culture, I have been very disappointed at their treatment of candidates and have never experienced treatment so demeaning. I will not be applying with this company again, and would not recommend it to anyone.

A recruiter found me on LinkedIn and reached out about a Program Associate role at NED, saying I seemed like a good fit. I got my documents ready for our first chat. The recruiter was really unengaging and didn't really answer my questions, making me feel like I was bothering her. It was strange since they contacted me first, and I expected a friendlier reception when going through the application process. I didn't move forward, which honestly, I'm okay with, but it made me question if that's how everyone there is.

First, there was a 30-min call with an HR assistant to get my contact info and confirm the job and my availability. Then, I had a 1-hour call with the same person to review my career history, and they took notes. After that, I had a 1-hour call with a team panel online. Then, another 1-hour call with the entire office administration panel online. There was also an HR call, and another HR call saying the process was ongoing. Finally, an HR call mentioned that not all my references had replied yet.
