First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at National Debt Relief.
Inside Sales Representative
It was a two part process. The first was a call with HR to discuss the role and ask some basic questions to confirm my interest. The second interview involved answering about 10-12 questions with a sales manager. The final part was a roleplay where I had to sell a product from a previous job. It wasn't too intense, they just wanted to see if I could handle objections.
- What do you seek in your next role?
- What are you hoping to avoid in your next position?
Sales Representative
Great experience, very knowledgeable. Come prepared and ready to sell yourself as it is an interview. Make sure you are in a well-lit area, with no noise, and looking great. Make sure to ask questions at the end when they offer you the floor, even if they're about what they've already explained about the job. Ask no less than 3 questions, but the more you ask, the more interest you show in the job role.
- Can you tell me about your recent experiences?
- Do you have experience in debt relief?
Sales Representative
It was a two step process. The first step mostly covered role responsibilities and pay, without many questions assessing how good of a fit I would be. Sadly, even though I felt I was an excellent fit for the role, I didn't move forward in the hiring process.
