Account Executive
Everyone I spoke with, from the recruiter to the final interviewer, was really professional and nice. Don't be worried about the assessment, it had situational questions. The last interview was pretty detailed, but with over 8 years in call center sales, I felt my experience was a great fit.
- Can you sell me something?
- What's your approach when you don't close a sale?
Account Executive
The first interview was with a really nice person. They were quick, clear, and got straight to the point. My second interview was also with a great person. They were chill and gave good feedback on my answers. The questions were pretty standard. At the end, they told me they were gonna recommend me for the job.
- What's your approach to managing stressful client interactions?
- Can you share an example of a challenging client situation and how you resolved it?
Account Executive
After applying, I had a recruiter call for about 30 minutes where they were really upfront about the schedule, pay, and benefits. Then I did a quick computer/skills assessment. Once I sent that in, I was set up to interview with two managers for an hour. They went over the pay and schedule again and were really professional. The recruiter called with an offer the next day. The whole thing took less than 10 days and was super smooth.
- Can you share a time in your career when you faced a significant hurdle or challenge, and how you overcame it, perhaps by changing your approach?
