Account Manager
The interview process started off well. First, I spoke with a recruiter, and then I had an interview with the head of the department I was applying for. I had a great connection with the manager, who said that after a few quick assessments, I'd be offered the job, and the only detail left was the start date. I wasn't in a rush, so that was fine. I was then rushed into completing some assessments. After that, I heard very little from the company. They talked a good game, and everyone was nice, but I heard this is common. I suspect they were trying to get information about my previous role at a competitor. I question their ethics.
- Can you share some details about your previous experience?
Account Manager
It was lengthy but worth it. I went on 5 interviews in total and everyone was so kind. I love what the company is about and what they stand for. I’m excited to start my position
- Can you tell me about yourself and your background?
- What motivated your application for this position and our organization?
- Could you share an instance where you managed a challenging client relationship?
Account Manager
It was a 3-interview process. The first one was a phone call with the Regional Manager, and then the next two were with the General Managers. They asked pretty standard interview questions. The phone calls were a bit on the longer side.
- Standard interview questions, like why I want to work here.
